All sales of digital downloads are final. This includes:

• Courses
   
• Memberships
   
• Digital content bundles
   
• Instant downloads
   

Once a digital product is delivered or accessed, it is considered fully received and cannot be returned.

We do not issue refunds due to:

• Change of mind
   
• Incorrect purchase
   
• Duplicate purchases
   
• Failure to download
   
• Not receiving a desired outcome
   
• Device or software incompatibility

Return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.

Refunds (if approved):

• May take 5–7 business days to process depending on your bank
   

By purchasing any credit-related service, you agree that:

• No refunds will be issued once disputes have been initiated

• No refunds will be issued due to reduced engagement, lack of response, or failure to follow instructions
   

Our time, expertise, and labor begin immediately upon onboarding.

Tax prep fees are non-refundable once work has begun, including:

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.
The Luxe Effect™ is not liable for IRS decisions, delays, offsets, or penalties caused by client-provided information.

All coaching, consultation, and strategy sessions are non-refundable, including:

• 1:1 coaching
   
• Business strategy
   
• Tax/credit education calls
   
• Soft-life coaching
   
• Lifestyle sessions
   
• Brand-building consultations
