• Delays caused by the IRS
   
• Rejections due to incorrect personal data you provided
   
• Refund changes caused by offset programs
   
• IRS investigations or audits unrelated to our work
   

All coaching, consultations, and educational sessions are non-refundable.

This includes:

• 1:1 calls
   
• Business coaching
   
• Financial coaching
   
• Credit education
   
• Lifestyle or soft-life coaching
   
• Brand-building consultations
   
• Intake sessions
   

We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

You are solely responsible for applying the information provided.

By making a purchase, you agree:

• To provide accurate payment information
   
• That chargebacks initiated after receiving a product or service are fraudulent
   
• We may dispute chargebacks using contract, digital delivery proof, and IP logs
   
• Payment plans must be completed unless canceled under our guidelines
   
• Late or missed payments may incur fees (if applicable in the future)
   

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
